He was fair in his dealings and tremendously honest with me—something that cannot be said for all mortgage companies. He was extremely responsive —answering texts, emails, and phone calls even at 8am on a Saturday morning! I will certainly be reaching out to him for future home purchases and refinances. We would recommend Amir in a heartbeat! Jim and I wanted a more personal approach (local person, versus computer transactions). Amir is part of the Morgan Hill community. He told us what documentation we needed. We took the paperwork to him (we had the option of electronically sending it, but once again, we preferred the in person approach) on Thursday before Christmas. Amir took the time to help us explore our loan options and determine which option worked best for us. The next morning we received the email of the loan approval. We were amazed with the ease and speed of the entire process from beginning to money in hand - less than two weeks (that’s with Christmas & New Year’s holidays)! So if you want personalized service, professionalism, ease and speed in transacting your mortgage, Amir is your guy!

At the final hour, when we found the house of our dreams, it was Amir who was able to provide when other loan officers couldn't. He exhausted every option until he found exactly what we needed to make our dreams come true. His creativity and endless effort to help us get what we want make him an excellent loan officer. On top of it, his website is easy to navigate, upload, and store documents. When purchasing a house there are so much paperwork and to be able to see it organized online in a way that is easy to retrieve, view, and track made the loan process that much more manageable. At every step of the loan process, Amir was available and ready to support us. He helped us to navigate the process with ease even during the most stressful moments. During each step we were given updates, provided support, and put at ease. He knows his numbers and does such an excellent job breaking everything down in a way that is easy to understand and navigate. What he says; He Will Accomplish!!! Amir closed me in less than 22 days successfully while other Retail Mortgage Companies failed me with getting me approved in a timely manner. Excellent professional service and communication throughout the process. Global Mortgage worked with all parties that helped us through some challenges that were caused by the seller to make sure we maintained our locked in interest rate until closing.

Not only did he get me a better loan, but he was able to close the deal in less than a month. He is knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate.
